[title of show]

[title of show] is such a fantastic show that we wanted to bring as many of you as we could to come and see it. We have great seats for the Tuesday October 7 at 8m show. There is a $20 co-pay which is worth every penny! Check out the tos website for info about the show.

If you want to go here is what you need to do.

1. Email us to see if there are tickets available. We will try to update the blog with ticket availability. If you need our email you can grab it from our facebook group "Gramercy Green 1707"

2. Bring us your copay. Submitting the copay is what actually gets you a ticket. We will give you a ticket right then and there.

You can bring us a copay during the following times:

Sept. 29 9:30 - 10
Sept. 30 8:00 - 10
Oct. 1 8:30 - 9:30

We will add more times if needed.

Making Cupcakes


That's right. We are home making cupcakes for the Hedwig and Frost Your Own Cupcakes event tomorrow. It might rain but the show will go on and the cupcakes will get frosted just on the couch and in the living room. Last chance to get a chance to win tickets to the show next week.

Lost Mugs


There were two mugs left behind after the pancake brunch. If you own one of these mugs or know who does email us so they can find their way home. (They have been washed!)

Thanks to everyone who came over for pancakes on Sunday. The first few batches were a little bit burnt but Philip got better with each batch. Biscuit also appreciated everyone who admired his nice orange fur.

Free Broadway Show

On Thursday Oct. 2 we will be taking 10 lucky residents to the brand-new Broadway show "13" (orchestra seats!!!) and cooking them dinner in our apartment.

Here is how you get a chance to win tickets and dinner. First, you have to be a resident of Gramercy Green. Every time you attend an event and sign the guest book you will get an entry to win one of the tickets. The more you attend, the more chances you get.

You can also get an entry by joining our facebook group -- Gramercy Green 1707. (Just search under groups and send us a message telling us what room you are in.)

Finally, you can get another entry by just posting a comment here on the blog with your name and just your net id so we can email.

FREE PANCAKES and NY Times


Come enjoy some free pancakes with your FFiR’s Philip and William as you read the Sunday NY Times on the beautiful terrace. The pancakes will be made-to-order but only until will run out of batter. Bring a mug for coffee!
