Welcome Week 2010!

We are looking forward to another fantastic year in Gramercy Green.  With our fellow FFiR, Olivia, pull out all the stops so please join us for some of our WELCOME WEEK festivities.

August 29
MOVE IN DAY
FAMILY AND FRIENDS PIT STOP
10:00 am -- 11:30 am
We will be working the line for the elevator handing out treats, beverages and information about our programs. We will also be hosting a special pit stop for parents, family and friends on our beautiful terrace overlooking downtown. We'll have coffee, tea and lots of breakfast treats so take a break and stop in to say, 'hello."

August 30
GRAMERCY GROWS
6:30 - 7:30 pm
Plant a seed or start a cutting for your new place. We'll provide dirt, seeds, pots, instructions and refreshments. You provide the TLC!

September 1
BEHIND THE SCENES AT THE MET
2:30
Get a special behind the scenes look at The Metropolitan Museum of Art with a museum Educator who just happens to be part of the 1707 FFiR team. Space is limited so sign-up at the resource desk.

September 6 (Labor Day Monday)
FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES
12:30pm - 2:00pm
It's a monthly tradition at Gramercy Green. Grab a plate, fork and a mug and head over to our terrace for some chocolate chip pancakes, coffee and morning paper. This event is usually on the first Sunday of the month but check-in with the blog to find out about changes or updates.
