It's the first Sunday of the month so that can mean just one thing. PANCAKES and NYT. Join us in 1707 for chocolate chip pancakes and coffee. Just bring a plate, fork and mug. It's a beautiful day and the terrace is open. FYI Biscuit is no longer wearing his Dracula costume but is still biting.

Watercolors with Will

Join FFiR Will Crow on Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 5pm on the terrace of 
Apt. 1707 for a watercolor workshop!

Make your own watercolor masterpiece, inspired by the NYC skyline and 
sunset, using a variety of techniques that you'll learn at the start 
of the workshop.

Bring a sweater or jacket (it will be cool outside on the terrace)--
all other materials are provided!

Join us on our beautiful garden terrace to plant a seed for your apartment. We will provide seeds, dirt and plants. You just need to bring the TLC.

Join us on the terrace for a classic NYC movie under the stars. We set up a big screen outside and provide the movie and treats.

You've heard about the world-famous pancakes from your friends. Now is your chance to experience them for yourself while soaking in some sun on the terrace. Bring fork, plate, mug, appetite and fear of felines.
