Join us on our beautiful garden terrace to plant a seed for your apartment. We will provide seeds, dirt and plants. You just need to bring the TLC.

Wednesday Sept. 9 7:45pm Movie Under the Stars w/ Olivia, Will and Philip

Join us on the terrace for a classic NYC movie under the stars. We set up a big screen outside and provide the movie and treats.

Sunday, Sept 13 Noon - 2pm Chocolate Chip Pancake Brunch and NY Times

You've heard about the world-famous pancakes from your friends. Now is your chance to experience them for yourself while soaking in some sun on the terrace. Bring fork, plate, mug, appetite and fear of felines.
